Description
The Borla S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust System (part number 140745BC) is designed for 2018–2022 Ford Mustang GT models with a 5.0L V8, rear-wheel drive and automatic or manual transmission. It fits two-door models without Active Valve Exhaust and is not recommended for convertibles.
This dual-in/dual-out system uses 3.00-inch tubing and includes a merge X-pipe, two dual-inlet/dual-outlet turbo mufflers and split-rear exits. The system and mufflers are made from natural-finish 304 stainless steel, with mandrel-bent tubing and CNC-controlled manufacturing for a precise fit.
Four 4.00-inch round tips are included. They’re made from 304 stainless steel and have a black chrome finish, straight cuts and rolled edges. Borla recommends cleaning the black chrome tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth; Borla Stainless Steel Polish (P/N 21461) is not recommended for these tips.

Borla’s S-Type design combines straight-through and multi-core technology to promote exhaust flow and deliver Borla’s distinctive exhaust sound. This system does not include components intended to bypass or disable emissions-control technology. Installing parts that bypass, defeat or render inoperative equipment required to meet state or federal Clean Air Act standards is illegal.
