Description
The CORSA Sport Exhaust System (manufacturer part number 14886; Summit Racing part number CSE-14886, UPC 847466010545) is a cat-back system made from 304 stainless steel. Its layout is single-in/dual-out with split-rear exits and a natural finish.
CORSA’s straight-through, non-restrictive design uses patented reflective sound cancellation to tune out low-frequency noise associated with droning, while aiming for a crisp, clean exhaust note. The design is also intended to reduce backpressure and support increased horsepower and torque; actual results may vary.
The system includes one chambered muffler with a single inlet and single outlet. The muffler is made from 403 stainless steel and has a natural finish. Mandrel-bent tubing and handcrafted tips complete the system; CORSA states its exhausts are designed for installation without cutting or welding.
