CORSA’s Xtreme design uses a straight-through, non-restrictive exhaust layout and reflective sound-cancellation technology intended to reduce the low-frequency sound associated with exhaust drone. The system is designed to deliver a crisp exhaust note. CORSA also states that its exhaust design reduces backpressure, which can allow an engine to produce more horsepower and torque; no specific gains are provided.
The system is made with stainless-steel components and mandrel-bent tubing. CORSA describes its exhaust systems as designed for straightforward installation without cutting or welding. Confirm vehicle fitment and installation requirements before ordering, as no specific vehicle application is provided here.
Important: CORSA notes that reduced backpressure may cause the check engine light to illuminate. It is illegal to install parts that bypass, defeat, or disable manufacturer technology or design required to meet state and federal Clean Air Act emissions standards. Verify that this system is legal for your intended application and location before installation.
