The MagnaFlow Street Series Performance Exhaust System, part number 15053 (Summit Racing part number MPE-15053; UPC 841380083548), is a cat-back system with dual rear exits. It is designed around straight-through flow and is tested to SAE J1169 standards, with an engineered balance of interior and exterior sound levels.
The system uses 409 stainless steel construction with mandrel-bent tubing and a natural finish. It includes two polished 409 stainless steel mufflers, each with a single inlet, dual outlets, and a perforated-tube design with packing. The intermediate pipes and tailpipes measure 3.00 inches in diameter.
Two round, slant-cut tips are included. Each has a 4.00-inch outlet, a rolled edge, and polished 304 stainless steel construction. Installation hardware is included. Catalytic converters are not included, and this system is sold as a kit.
