Description
The Borla ATAK Axle-Back Exhaust System, part number 11856CB (Borla system number 11856; Summit Racing part number BOR-11856CB), is designed for 2014–2019 Chevrolet Corvette (C7) 6.2L V8, rear-wheel-drive, two-door models with automatic or manual transmission and both AFM and NPP dual-mode exhaust. It does not fit Grand Sport models with manual transmission.
This rear-center-exit axle-back system uses a dual-in/four-out layout, two 2.75-inch intermediate pipes, and two turbo-style mufflers. Each muffler has a single inlet and dual outlets. The system is made from 304 stainless steel with a natural finish; the four 4.25-inch round tips are 304 stainless steel with a black, high-temperature ceramic finish, slanted intercooled cuts, and rolled edges.

Borla uses mandrel-bent tubing and computer-controlled CNC manufacturing in this system. Its multi-core design is intended to support exhaust flow and deliver Borla’s distinctive exhaust sound.
