Description
The VEGE DFCJ is a remanufactured, assembled long-block crate engine for applications that call for a Ford Modular 5.4L/330 engine. It features a cast-iron block, aluminum cylinder heads, SOHC valvetrain, internal balance and a one-piece rear main seal.
VEGE reverse-engineers its engines to address original defects. Certified technicians recondition the long block to factory specifications, replacing wearable parts or machining components to OE standards. The engine is tested and calibrated as part of the remanufacturing process.
Included: cylinder heads, oil pan, timing cover, oil pump and gasket.
Not included: intake manifold, carburetor, throttle body, distributor, valve covers, water pump, harmonic balancer, flexplate, flywheel, air cleaner, spark plugs, spark plug wires, computer, wiring harness or supercharger.
