The VEGE VCB1 is a remanufactured, assembled long-block crate engine with an actual displacement of 5.7L/350. It is intended as a foundation for a budget-minded build or as a replacement where this engine is recommended for the vehicle. VEGE says its long blocks are reverse-engineered to address original defects, then reconditioned by certified technicians to factory specifications. Wearable parts are replaced or machined back to OE standards, and the engines are tested and calibrated.
This engine includes cylinder heads, an oil pan, valve covers, a timing cover, an oil pump, and a gasket. It is sold individually.
