Description
The Wilwood Forged Narrow Superlite 6R Big Brake Front Brake Kit (manufacturer part number 140-15941-DR; Summit Racing part number WIL-140-15941-DR) is an application-specific front brake upgrade. Wilwood describes the kit as compatible with OE master-cylinder output and ABS functions where those systems are used.
The kit includes red forged-billet-aluminum front calipers with six pistons, BP-20 brake pads, and vented front rotors with a cross-drilled and slotted surface. The rotors measure 13.06 in. (331.70 mm) in diameter and 1.25 in. thick. They have a dual bolt pattern of 5 x 4.75 in. and 5 x 5.00 in. (5 x 120.65 mm and 5 x 127.00 mm).
Check the required-parts information before ordering: these brake kits require Wilwood ProSpindles, 1-piece iron drop spindles to fit. The minimum recommended wheel diameter is 17 inches.
