Description
The Wilwood Forged Narrow Superlite 6R Big Brake Front Brake Kit, part number 140-8922 (Summit Racing part number WIL-140-8922), is an application-specific front brake upgrade for late-model vehicles. It features forged billet-aluminum, black-finished six-piston radial-mount calipers and is designed for compatibility with OE master-cylinder output and ABS functions where those systems are used.
The kit includes a pair of front rotors with a slotted friction surface and vented construction. Each rotor measures 14.00 inches (355.60 mm) in diameter and 1.25 inches thick. The rotors have a dual bolt pattern: 5 x 4.50 in. / 5 x 4.75 in. (5 x 114.30 mm / 5 x 120.65 mm).
Front brake pads are included and use Wilwood BP-20 friction material. The kit is intended for vehicles with a minimum recommended wheel diameter of 18 inches.
