Equipped as standard with integrated hydraulic steering
Boat owners can now choose between integrated hydraulic steering or integrated electro-hydraulic steering, with both systems housed in a neat, sealed cylinder unit built into the engine’s transom bracket, rather than being a bolted-on third-party part. This results in a simple and clean rigging layout and a tidy hold and transom area, while fewer components are exposed to the elements, for improved long-term durability and reliability.
The models with integrated electro-hydraulic steering are fully compatible with Yamaha’s exclusive Helm Master EX autopilot and joystick system, an indispensable system for serious anglers and skippers who demand ultimate boat control.
