Description
The VEGE 331G is a remanufactured long block crate engine with a 2.4L (2,389cc) displacement. It is assembled and listed for the 1994 Nissan 240SX SE with a naturally aspirated, 16-valve DOHC Nissan four-cylinder engine (KA24DE), VIN code M.
VEGE states that its long blocks are reverse-engineered to address original defects, then reconditioned by technicians to factory specifications. Wearable parts may be replaced or machined to OE standards; the engines are tested and calibrated. This engine is sold individually.

Application-specific casting references are block 70F, 5C0 and KA24DE; crank 30R; cam 53F–53F; and in-line head 70F, 3S5. The application notes specify a distributor in the timing cover. For automatic-transmission applications, use the OEM bushing number 12330-45L00.
