Description
The Wilwood Forged Narrow Superlite 6R Big Brake Front Brake Kit (part number 140-16909-DR; Summit Racing part number WIL-140-16909-DR) is a front brake kit with forged aluminum six-piston calipers finished in red. It is designed for use with Wilwood Prospindle 831-16660 only.
- Front rotors: Included; 14.00 in. (355.60 mm) diameter and 1.10 in. thick, vented, with a cross-drilled/slotted surface.
- Rotor bolt patterns: Dual 5 x 4.50 in./5 x 4.75 in. or 5 x 114.30 mm/5 x 120.65 mm.
- Front calipers: Included; forged narrow Superlite 6R design with six pistons.
- Brake pads: Included; BP-20 friction material.
- Minimum recommended wheel diameter: 18 in.
The kit moves each front wheel outward by 0.23 in. No rear rotors or rear calipers are included. The kit also does not include front spindles, a master cylinder, brake booster, or brake hoses, and it has no parking-brake provision.
