Zumbrota’s process includes a pre-inspection for case cracks, excessive wear, and other potential core issues, followed by checks during remanufacturing and a final post-build inspection. Internal parts are inspected, including checks of gear wear, main shaft straightness, and synchronizers. Seals, bearings, and other common wear components are replaced.
