Description
The VEGE VC87 is a remanufactured 5.7L/350 crate engine assembled as a long block. VEGE describes its remanufactured long blocks as foundations for budget-minded builds and as replacements for a range of stock vehicles, with retrofit applications also possible. VEGE says its engines are reverse-engineered to address original defects, then reconditioned by certified technicians to factory specifications. Wearable parts are replaced or machined to OE standards, and the engines are tested and calibrated.
This engine includes cylinder heads, an oil pan, valve covers, a timing cover, an oil pump, and a gasket. The intake manifold, carburetor, throttle body, distributor, water pump, harmonic balancer, flexplate, and flywheel are not included.
Also not included are an air cleaner, spark plugs, spark plug wires, computer, wiring harness, or supercharger. Quantity: one engine, sold individually.
