Description
Upgrade the front brakes with Wilwood Forged Narrow Superlite 6R Big Brake Kit 140-14277-D (Summit Racing part number WIL-140-14277-D). This application-specific kit is designed to fit Magnum Force 2-inch drop spindles and includes the front braking components listed below.
- Forged billet aluminum, black six-piston front calipers
- 14.00-inch (355.60 mm) vented front rotors, 1.10 inches thick, with a cross-drilled/slotted surface
- Dual rotor bolt patterns: 5 x 4.50-inch and 5 x 4.75-inch (5 x 114.30 mm and 5 x 120.65 mm)
- BP-10 brake pads and 1/2-inch-20 wheel studs included
- 0.250-inch offset; minimum recommended wheel diameter: 18 inches
The six-piston radial-mount caliper design provides increased front brake capacity. The kit is intended for application-specific installation; Wilwood describes this kit line as compatible with OE master-cylinder output and ABS functions where those systems are used.
This is a front kit only. Rear rotors and calipers are not included, and there is no parking-brake provision. Front spindles, master cylinder, brake booster, and brake hoses are also not included. The kit is not remanufactured and is sold as one kit.
